How much does Advoca cost for students?

90% less: Core €6.90, Advanced €9.90 and Advanced+ €11.90 per month, excl. VAT, for one user. The first 30 days are free.

How do I prove I am a student?

By signing up with your university or university college email address and ticking "I am a student". Advoca may later ask for proof of enrolment.

Until 30 September, the end of the academic year. You can renew from 60 days before the end, as long as you are a student.

A student account is for one user. Each team member can create their own student account.

You stop the discount under Firm details and continue at the normal rate, with the same matters and documents.

Not to get started. In the last week of the trial Advoca asks you to add a payment method for the student price.

You sign up with your institution's email address (for example name@student.kuleuven.be or name@ugent.be).
Is your institution not listed? Email info@advoca.be and we will add it.

Click Start as a student. The sign-up form opens with "I am a student" already ticked.
Enter your name, the name of your "firm" (for example your name or your project) and your university or university college email address.
Confirm your email address via the link in the email and accept the terms of use.
Done: the discount is applied to your account straight away. You can see it under Firm details → Plan and payment.

Traineeship and holiday job: learn how a firm keeps track of matters, deadlines and time entries, as you will do yourself later on.
Moot courts and pleading competitions: keep your team's documents, deadlines and tasks together and search them.

Valid until 30 September, the end of the academic year. If you sign up from July onwards, you get the next academic year straight away.
Renewal is possible from 60 days before the end, with one click, as long as you sign in with an email address from your institution. If you do not renew, the plan continues at the normal rate; you will receive an email about this and can always cancel.
Advoca may ask for proof of enrolment.
